The Bible teaches that an expression of our giving is found in the tithe—a tenth of our income (Leviticus 27:30; Malachi 3:10–12). At The Tabernacle, we give the first 10% of our income to the Lord in obedience and reverence for God’s goodness, faithfulness, and His overwhelming provision and plans for us (Jeremiah 29:11–14). God is faithful, and as our good Father, He blesses us when we honor Him with our resources.

We also follow the example of the early Church in Acts, where believers shared everything they had, and God’s will was done on earth as it is in heaven. True riches are not found in possessions but in faithfulness to God and generosity toward others.

“Now the company of believers was of one heart and soul, and not one of them claimed that anything belonging to him was exclusively his own, but everything was common property and for the use of all. And with great ability and power the apostles were continuously testifying to the resurrection of the Lord Jesus, and great grace rested richly upon them all. There was not a needy person among them, because those who were owners of land or houses were selling them, and bringing the proceeds of the sales and placing the money down at the apostles’ feet. Then it was distributed to each as anyone had need.” Acts 4:32–35

Giving Back Food Program

Our Giving Back Food Pantry provides non-perishable food items for those in need. We provide a place for people to come and not only receive the food they need to survive, but a heart that is willing to listen. Now, over 10 years later, this program is more of a blessing than it has ever been for both the people and the volunteers.

Building Fund

We have a need to make renovations to our church building! God has placed a vision in our hearts that we are passionately seeking: To remain a place of His presence. For 2026 we are believing God for all the essential repairs to be completed before the end of year. These repairs/updates include stairs, doors, gutters, and bathrooms.
